A
non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking,
and the balance will be due 28 days prior to the start of
the holiday.
The
apartments are let from Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 10 am between
June to September, but may be booked for shorter or longer
periods at other times by arrangement. Collection of keys
should be after 10 am and before 5 pm on your day of arrival
unless prior agreement has been made outside of these times,
by prior arrangement and under certain circumstances keys
may be sent out to the customer by post prior to their arrival.
Should
the hirer cancel the holiday within the last 13 weeks before
the booking, he will be held responsible for the full amount
of the holiday booking, unless the accommodation is re-let.
The deposit, however, is non refundable to cover administrative
and insurance costs. All cancellations to be in writing
please. We have
arranged insurance cover to protect ourselves if you have
to cancel your booking or curtail your holiday, subject to
the circumstances falling within the terms of the insurance
we have arranged for our protection, we would ourselves be
able to refund certain costs incurred by you in connection
with the holiday. Otherwise refunds would be at our discretion.
Please remember that the insurance is for our protection and
the Insurer will not indemnify you. Holiday
insurance is not
Included with short breaks.
The
accommodation may be occupied only by the persons named on
the booking form, and is not transferable without prior agreement
with the management. Any amendments or additions to the agreed
occupants will incur an administration charge.
The
person making the booking must be over the age of 21, and
agree to be responsible for the apartment and contents during
the period booked. The apartment must be left in a clean and
tidy condition, and any loss, breakage or damage must be reported
immediately (not at the end of the holiday), so that these
can be rectified straight away. The hirer will be responsible
for any costs incurred in this respect. A £50 minimum
cleaning and damage charge will be levied for those apartments
left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Pets
are not to be left unattended in the apartments and are to
be exercised off the premises.
Guests
must take due care for other holidaymakers and ensure that
there is no unreasonable amount of noise either within their
apartment or the premises during their stay. The management
are not responsible for personal property including vehicles
and their contents.
The
booking is made on the understanding that the Apartment will
be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this
not be possible through circumstances not under the control
of the Proprietors (e.g. fire, theft or damage) we cannot
guarantee to provide an alternative apartment, in which case
the booking deposit, and, if paid, the balance will be returned
to you in full, but you will have no further claim
against
the Proprietors.
