All apartments are fully carpeted throughout and comfortably furnished. They are fully equipped, and we try to make the apartments a 'home from home' for our guests.  

They have the following features and facilities:

- full size electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle & toaster

- each apartment is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils

- iron and ironing board
- colour television with up to 80 channels of freeview TV & radio (Aparment 4 also has DVD)
- electric heating
- shower and toilet facilities

- welcome tray on arrival, with tea, coffee and sugar

Quilts, quilt covers, sheets and tea towel are included in the tariff, with beds being fully made up on arrival.  Towels are available for a small extra charge.

Holiday insurance is also included in weekly tariff price.

(Not included in short breaks, but available for a small extra charge if required)

Cots and high chairs are available on request at no extra charge.

Free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) available.

Hairdryer available on request.

Each apartment has it's own electric slot meter which accepts £1 coins.

There is a car park and garden at the rear of the property, with a parking space for each apartment.

Drying facilities and picnic table are also located within the garden area. An 'Aussie' style gas BBQ is available if required.

Children's games, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, etc are also available on request for customers use.

Couples and families are most welcome, but we regret we cannot accept stag and hen parties.

Dog / pets may be accommodated by prior arrangement (not all apartments).  Please ask for further details. 

You are welcome to call on arrival as your apartment may be ready, or you may park and leave your luggage if you wish.

We are a non smoking establishment, although guests are very welcome to smoke outside in our very pleasant garden.
